Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Lead RRT to provide advanced respiratory care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you’ll oversee daily respiratory therapy operations, mentor and guide RRT staff, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will support performance improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with clinical protocols, and contribute to staff education.
