Clinical Pharmacist

Encompass Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation team within Healthcare & Medical Services. In this patient-centered role, you will optimize and safely manage medication therapy, perform order verification and reconciliation, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to support complex rehab patients. You will monitor outcomes, prevent adverse events, educate patients and staff, and contribute to quality and stewardship initiatives in a dynamic, supportive, and growth-focused environment.
