Pick/Pack - New Albany

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with ACCEL in New Albany. This full-time, in-person position offers hands-on experience in the assembly and packaging of high-quality beauty products within a fast-paced factory and warehouse environment.

Shift Patterns

  • Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:45 pm

Pay Rates

  • 14.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Pick/Pack

  • Are you able to stand 8-10 hours a day?

Role for Pick/Pack

  • Work on a production line to assemble, inspect, and pack beauty products.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure brand standards are met.
  • Maintain speed and precision to achieve daily production targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth factory operations.
  • Follow all safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse.
