• Mon-Fri schedule consists of 4 days of endoscopy, 1 clinic day, light hospital consults & rounding. Manageable call schedule. Strong infrastructure with experienced staff, fast room turnover, Epic EMR, and a robust referral base.
• Nonprofit community hospital. Nationally recognized by the Chartis Center for Rural Health and the National Rural Health Association, ranked in the Top 20. PSLF eligible site.
• Enjoy clinical autonomy in your work, with the freedom to shape and lead your service line according to your vision and expertise. There's a strong sense of community, where compassion and care are woven into every interaction.
• Compensation - Hiring Range: $558,000 - $722,000. Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, and performance. Full HR benefits, paid malpractice with tail coverage, retirement savings, annual CME allowance, 6 weeks PTO, and a 100K signing bonus.
