  • BC/BE in Medical Oncology and Hematology
  • Provider will physically be working in LAPEER
  • Outpatient clinic coverage on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. With optional night call and optional weekend 24hr call
  • Procedures and skills required
  • Active MI license
  • EMR Cerner
