LPN Acute Care Transition Specialty Unit

UCHealth is seeking a dedicated LPN for our Acute Care Transition Specialty Unit on night shift. In this role, you’ll deliver hands-on nursing care for patients moving through complex hospital stays, supporting admissions, monitoring, and safe discharges. Working closely with RNs, providers, and allied health staff, you’ll administer medications, track patient status, and document in the EMR while teaching patients and families about their care.
