Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services close to patients’ homes. In this role, you’ll evaluate functional limitations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to help patients recover from major illnesses and injuries. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in an EHR, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge planning.
