Vitalant is seeking a Facility Resource Coordinator dedicated to making a positive difference. Your impact as a Facility Resource Coordinator is vital. Contribute to Vitalant's life-saving mission by overseeing the coordination of warehouse supplies, vehicles, and facility requirements. Ensure proper maintenance, repair, and environmental conditions of buildings and grounds. Support management in achieving collection goals and ensuring cost effective operations.
What to Expect
Grade: 115
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Hourly Pay: 18.49 - 23.93 / hour DOE

As a Hospital Warehouse Coordinator, you'll get to
- Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to monitor work orders, provide proper work direction, and ensure maintenance and repairs are carried out.
- Maintain building utility functions, uphold cleanliness, and create a conducive working environment for employees.
- Manage warehouse inventory levels, including reordering and stocking. Load and unload supplies and products.
- Manage procurement, requisitioning, inspection and quality control of materials and supplies.
- Keep facility vehicles in optimal condition by conducting evaluations, scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs, and ensuring annual inspections within DOT compliance, maintaining accurate records.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid in-state driver's license
- Six months of customer service experience required
- Able to lift 40lbs
REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Valid in-state driver's license required.
EXPERIENCE
Six months related experience required.
