RN ICU

Cone Health is seeking a dedicated RN ICU to provide expert, compassionate care to critically ill adults in our intensive care unit. In this role, you will perform complex assessments, manage ventilators and titratable drips, respond rapidly to patient status changes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care. You’ll precept newer nurses, participate in quality and safety initiatives, and support patients’ families through education and clear communication, all within a culture that emphasizes growth, inclusivity, and community-focused care.
