Charge Stepdown Registered Nurse

Mercy is seeking a Charge RN for our Stepdown unit on night shift. In this leadership role, you will coordinate patient care, assign staff, and serve as a clinical resource for the team. You’ll oversee complex stepdown patients, monitor condition changes, support evidence-based practice, and ensure safe staffing and throughput. The Charge RN collaborates closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, mentors bedside nurses, and promotes Mercy’s culture of compassion, respect, and continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of quality and patient satisfaction.
