Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure safe, high-quality care on our inpatient unit. In this role, you will oversee staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflows; mentor and evaluate nurses; and promote LVHN’s patient-first, collaborative culture. You will partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, monitor quality and safety metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
