• 24-hour shifts -- 8 am - 8 am rotation
• Six 24-hour shifts per month considered full-time
• Flexible scheduling available -- no call responsibility
• Critical access hospital -- only CAH with OB still staffed
• Approx 3,666 annual patient visits -- all age groups
• Broad procedural competency required -- independent stabilization
• Neonatal and pediatric resuscitation required
• Trauma, cardiac, neurologic, and respiratory emergencies
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
