Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Current and unrestricted OT licensure in the state of Indiana.
* Recent skilled home care experience proficiency.
* HomeCare HomeBase and OASIS proficiency.
* Understanding of Medicare guidelines for home care.
* Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
* Master's or Doctorate required.
Assignment Details
* Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
* Weekend rotation required.
* Potential availability on observed holidays is required.
* Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
