Our client, a custom manufacturing and industrial services company, is seeking a Field Service Operations Manager to join their team. As a Field Service Operations Manager, you will be part of the Operations team supporting Field Service Crews, Engineering, Sales, and Production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on problem-solving mindset that will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Field Service Operations Manager

Location: Hartford, WI

Pay Range: $90,000 - $130,000

What’s the Job?

  • Lead and coordinate field service projects, ranging from small crews to large-scale customer installations and repairs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, field personnel, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Manage project execution to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Oversee field reporting, documentation, equipment readiness, and operational planning.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with shop operations as business needs require.

What’s Needed?

  • Experience leading field service, maintenance, construction, manufacturing, or industrial operations teams.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and the ability to enforce workplace safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed for project support.
