Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM
• 60-minute evaluations
• Parking available at the clinic
