Opportunity Highlights\u0009
- Choose a traditional schedule or a 7-on/7-off block schedule format (block schedule will include mix of inpatient and outpatient work)
- Earn $620K base salary plus wRVU bonus above 4,400 per 6 months
- Receive additional compensation for call coverage beyond the required 1:5 schedule
- The incoming Gastroenterologist will practice general GI with optional ERCP and advanced procedure opportunities
- Address the critical GI shortage serving patients currently driving to Salt Lake City
- Access $40K annual bonus based on achieving specific quality metrics
- Collect $18K annual training stipend for first 2 years
- Benefit from $25K annual loan repayment over 3 years
- Earn up to $20K annually through the Continuous Improvement bonus
