Physical Therapist (Sign on Bonus!) - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role at an outpatient clinic in Phoenix, AZ. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing chronic conditions. Minimum Requirements:

• Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona PT license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Comfort working in a model with PT and PTA teams supported by a PT Tech.
• Coachable, collaborative, and committed to empowering teammates.

Position Details:

• Team-focused outpatient PT owned clinic in West Pheonix area.
• Generous compensation with great benefits. Production-based model using RVU's that combine visits and collections in real time.
• Sign on Bonus using tiers of different levels to include: Debt Forgiveness, Sign on Package, and Retention Bonus
