Overview:
As a Manufacturing Equipment Operator I (Level One), you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations by safely and efficiently operating various equipment and machinery. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to start a career in manufacturing and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment.
What You'll Do:
- Operate designated machinery and equipment within the manufacturing plant according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and minor maintenance tasks as required.
- Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct visual inspections of equipment to identify potential issues or defects.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials onto machines.
- Ensure production quotas and quality standards are met consistently.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
