• Level 4, no trauma.
• Staffing Model - 3 MD, 5 CRNAs. 4 POS run daily, 1 Doc to 4 CRNA's daily.
• It was Medically Directed but very autonomous. Call them if you need them.
• 1:4
• Docs take call only
• Cases: No peds, no hearts, no lungs! General, GI, GYN, Endoscopy, Ortho, Neurology Minor Vascular Surgery, Urology, ENT and Electrophysiology. Does get some sick people.
• Schedule: Days- 7am - 3pm (M-F), Nights- 3pm-7am (M-F), Weekends- 7am-7am (Saturday & Sunday). Balanced rotation of days, nights, and weekends
• Kansas License
• Meditech and they use AneScan tables for anesthesia documentation
• $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
