OT Therapy Team Lead

Encompass Health is seeking an OT Therapy Team Lead to guide occupational therapy services in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will manage daily caseloads, coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, mentor OT staff, and ensure high clinical quality and safety standards. You will provide hands-on evaluation and treatment for patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries, document care in accordance with regulatory and hospital policies, and support program development.
