Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based interventions, and educate patients and families to support recovery and functional independence. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, you will document progress, contribute to discharge planning, and promote patient-centered outcomes in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment with strong growth opportunities.
