Full job description

Team Model; Supervising MD

o Clinic, Call, or Both:

No call
70% outpt; 30% inpt

o Schedule:

Need candidate to start ASAP; likely to extend
Monday - Thursday; 6:30 am - 5:00 pm (most preferred) OR
Monday - Friday; 6:30 am - 3pm
4 10 hour shifts will be given priority
Full time availability needed, will consider two providers to make up one FTE

o Cases/Procedures:

Endoscopy
General
OB/GYN
Ortho
Pain Management
Urology
Vascular
Blocks preferred; not needed

o EMR and Dictation Tools:

EPIC/Dragon

o Required experience, training, and certifications:

Must have experience with: spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters
AHA BLS
AH ACLS
AHA PALS
NBCRNA

o Case Logs:

75 within the last 12 months

o Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:

MI License only due to timeframe

o Credentialing Timeframe:

Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
