Physical Therapist

Advanced Physical Therapy, an outpatient clinic in Guilford, CT, seeks a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one, evidence-based care for orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical patients. In this patient-centered, team-oriented environment, you’ll perform thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver hands-on interventions, and educate patients on home programs to restore function and reduce pain.
