HMI Auto Care is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in Hackettstown, NJ. This busy, family-owned shop offers $45,000–$75,000+ through a base-plus-commission pay plan, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and a clean, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and manage the service intake process.
- Prepare and present repair estimates clearly.
- Present recommended services using a customer-focused approach.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Coordinate with technicians to maintain efficient workflow.
- Follow established shop processes and systems.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to present and sell automotive services.
- Comfortable with estimating systems and computers.
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced shop.
- Independent repair shop experience preferred.
