OB/GYN Physician Opportunity in Dallas Established Practice + Large Sign-On Bonus

Methodist Medical Group (MMG), a physician-led organization affiliated with Methodist Health System in Dallas, is looking for a board-certified OB/GYN to join our well-established and growing practice.

What You ll Do

In this role, you ll provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including prenatal and postpartum care, family planning, and management of both acute and chronic conditions.

• See patients, perform exams, and create personalized treatment plans
• Deliver babies and perform C-sections
• Perform common GYN procedures (IUD placement/removal)
• Order tests and help educate patients on their health
• Work alongside a supportive team focused on continuous improvement and high-quality care

You ll practice in a modern, well-equipped environment designed to support both patients and providers, including:

• Level III Maternity Center
• 11 LDR suites and 36 postpartum rooms
• OB Emergency Department
• Level II NICU (8 beds)
• Dedicated C-section operating rooms
• Access to Da Vinci robotic technology
• OB Hospitalist coverage
• Consistently top-tier patient satisfaction scores (97th percentile)

We re seeking someone who is:

• Board-certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Experienced and confident in full-scope OB/GYN care
• Passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
• Licensed in Texas (or eligible)
• Comfortable with EMR systems (Epic experience is a plus)
• Robotic surgery training is a bonus, but not required
