A well-established plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Jury Trial Attorney to join its growing litigation team. The firm handles complex, high-value medical malpractice and catastrophic injury matters and has a strong track record of taking significant cases through litigation and trial.

This is an opportunity for an attorney with substantial medical malpractice litigation experience who is comfortable taking ownership of complex cases and advocating for injured clients in the courtroom.

Job Details

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.
5+ years of litigation experience, with a significant focus on medical malpractice.
Demonstrated jury trial experience in medical malpractice or complex personal injury matters.
Strong deposition, motion practice, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
Experience working with medical experts and analyzing complex medical records.
Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to independently manage complex cases while working collaboratively with a broader litigation team.
Strong client-service skills and the ability to effectively communicate complicated legal and medical issues.
