As Director of Production Test Operations, you'll lead the teams and strategies that bring our most innovative Co-Packaged Optics and Networking chip products from development into production. We need someone who can understand the mission, build team capability, and drive quality execution across US domestic and APAC OSAT sites.
What You Will Be Doing:
Lead and develop teams of CPO and Networking Chip Equipment and Production Test engineers - setting direction, developing talent, and holding a high bar for quality and execution.
Define and lead the test manufacturing strategy, aligning processes and performance metrics with broader business and operational objectives.
Partner closely with technology teams, platform suppliers, hardware vendors, test engineering, and OSAT partners to ensure seamless test readiness and ramp execution.
Drive cross-team problem-solving to support high-volume production and resolve complex operational issues with speed and rigor.
Leverage test data and operational KPIs to identify trends, anticipate risk, lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure production runs smoothly.
Ensure all test operations meet internal standards, industry requirements, and best practices.
What We Need to See:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred
15+ overall years in test operations, including 6+ years leading senior technical teams in global organizations
Hands-on experience with SiPH, CPO platforms, and ATE/CPO hardware
Strong background in OSAT factory operations; direct factory experience preferred
A track record of building and growing high-performing teams in complex manufacturing environments
Clear, data-informed communication and decision-making

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 232,000 USD - 356,500 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
