Flexible Babysitter Needed for Two Children Ages 1.5 and 5

We are looking for a reliable babysitter for two children, a kindergartener and a toddler. We expect weekly schedule to include a 2-3 hour care block during weekends (Sat or Sun), 1-2 nights to help with kids (including Wednesdays afternoon/night), and help with drop off and pick up . Base hours expected to be 4-6 hours/week, with hours increase significantly when mom travels for work (usually once 1-2 months). The sitter must have their own car for transportation. Responsibilities include engaging the children in age-appropriate activities, providing snacks, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
