Sevita is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide person-centered evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to help individuals maximize function and independence in home and community settings. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and educate families and caregivers.
