Multi-Site Operations Manager, Durable Goods Manufacturing

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000 to $120,000 per year

Must-Haves

• Senior operations leadership experience in manufacturing
• Experience leading managers and developing leadership talent
• Lean manufacturing experience
• ERP/MRP system experience
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using operating data to drive decisions
• Visible, hands-on leadership style that builds engagement and accountability

What You'll Do

• Lead operations across three manufacturing facilities and roughly 150 to 170 production employees
• Direct and develop Production Managers across day, night, and weekend operations
• Own safety, quality, productivity, labor efficiency, and cost control
• Oversee staffing and workforce planning across all sites
• Learn the organization first, then drive thoughtful, lasting improvement
• Report directly to the President and help shape the company's next stage of growth

Nice-to-Haves

• Multi-site manufacturing experience
• Background in metal fabrication, building products, HVAC equipment, engineered-to-order products, or industrial components
• Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)
• UW-Stout alumni are especially encouraged to apply

Compensation and Benefits

• $110,000 to $120,000 per year
