Technician

Our client, industry-leading manufacturing organization is seeking a Technician to join their team. As a Technician, you will be part of the production support team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technician

Location: Seabrook, NH

Pay Range: $20 - $21

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, or 10 hour 1st shifts 6 am to 4:30 pm (W-Sat)

What's the Job?

• Operate, monitor, and maintain filling and packaging machines according to work instructions
• Set up or adjust equipment based on manufacturing specifications
• Monitor product quality and identify or discard faulty items
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
• Assist with assembly, spraying sheets of material, and packing items in boxes

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to pass standardized cognitive company tests
• Willingness to work required overtime to meet business goals
• Forklift experience preferred
