Physical Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
* Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
* BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
* Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
* Familiarity with EMR systems; experience with Empower (AI transcription + dictation) is preferred.
* New graduates are acceptable for the Physical Therapist role.
* Relocation assistance and possible sign-on bonus available; relocation details are negotiable.

Role Overview:
* Positions: Physical Therapist (PT) and Clinic Director.
* Location: New outpatient clinic opening this year on the other side of Roseville, CA.
* Reason for opening: Growth and expansion. Strong patient demand is already established.
* Patient population: Ages 5+ through 90+. Mix of orthopedic conditions including hip, back, neck, shoulder, knee, and foot issues.
* Visit structure: 1-hour evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups. 1:1 patient care model.

* EMR System: Empower with AI transcription and dictation.
