Job Location: North Houston, TX
Work Days/Shift Hours: Full Time / 5 Day Work Week -2 Days Off / 5am - until route completed
Class A CDL Driving Experience Required, must be 21+ years of age, Merchandising, Grocery Stocking Experience Preferred
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $24.76 to $30.46 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

If you're ready to take on the responsibility of transporting and replenishing the shelves with some of the most sought-after beverages in the market, this role could be for you!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Check accuracy and stability of the load
- Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards
- Communicate with other company employees, customers and shoppers
- Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments
- Pick up company property and secure company assets
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
- Clean Driving Record
- Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
- Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
- Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
- Minimum 1-year of general work experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience
- Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
- Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program
- Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
