ResourceMFG is now hiring General Operators in Switz City/Worthington for a Fortune 500 company.

$19.50 on 1st shift. $21.50 on 3rd shift. Must be able to work either shift during the production year on a rotating schedule. 40 to 45 hours per week.

No experience required

Duties:

  • Inspecting
  • Inventory management
  • Sorting
  • Packaging
  • Support maintenance and cleaning
  • Safely perform duties in timely fashion while maintaining quality
  • Work independently or with a team
  • Adjust to changing conditions and anticipate need
  • Make independent decisions
