The People Specialist (Assignment: Leadership and Learning & Development Programs) supports and independently drives leadership development, learning, and team member development initiatives across WelbeHealth. This role serves as a key program partner accountable for the coordination, iterative design, and execution of programs such as New Supervisor Bootcamp, Accelerating Leaders Program, WelbeHealth Rounds, and other leadership and learning experiences that support team member growth and leadership development, while partnering closely with People leadership, operational leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders. This role is highly collaborative and visible across the organization, requiring regular partnership with People leadership, Operational leaders, subject matter experts, and team members across markets and central teams.

This role is different because the People Specialist at WelbeHealth:

  • Serves as a key driver of WelbeHealth's leadership and learning strategy by coordinating and continuously improving enterprise development programs that help leaders and team members grow, build capability, and strengthen organizational culture
  • Works closely with People leadership, Operational leaders, and cross-functional partners to design, deliver, and scale impactful learning experiences, translating business needs into engaging programs that support leadership effectiveness and team member development across the organization

We care about our team members. That’s why we offer:

  • Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)
  • Work/life balance - We mean it! 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and 6 sick days
  • 401K savings + match
  • Comprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus
  • And additional benefits!

On the day-to-day, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate enterprise leadership development and learning programs, including planning, communications, logistics, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain program momentum by proactively managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and follow-up actions
  • Adapt to changing priorities and support a variety of projects and initiatives as business needs evolve
  • Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure programs, meetings, and events are organized, aligned, and executed effectively, as well as develop and maintain tools, templates, communications, trackers, and program resources that support scalability and consistency
  • Track participation metrics, feedback, and program outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, as well as create polished presentations, communications, and program materials for team member and leadership audiences
  • Build strong working relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders across markets and central teams
  • Contribute ideas and process improvements that strengthen team effectiveness and program delivery

Job requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in human resources, learning and development, operations, project coordination, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects, timelines, and competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Comfortable working in highly collaborative and stakeholder-facing environments; confidence interacting with leaders, facilitators, and cross-functional partners
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across teams and functions
  • Experience supporting leadership development, learning programs, employee engagement, or organizational initiatives preferred
  • Strong preference to live within reasonable driving distance to a WelbeHealth center; if not, travel time of less than 3 hours from our locations is needed (travel is expected to be once per month for 2-3 nights out)

We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative People Specialist who is passionate about leadership development, learning, and creating meaningful experiences that help team members grow and succeed. The ideal candidate brings strong program coordination, project management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively across stakeholders, and continuously improve learning initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are excited to help develop leaders and strengthen WelbeHealth's culture through impactful learning programs, we'd love to hear from you.

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus.
