Full job description
Status: Part-Time Hourly
F LSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate: $19.00
Summary of the Position: Administrative Manager provides office support for all aspects of the Philadelphia Program. The Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork, and payroll processing. Also, maintains confidential participant and personnel records.
- Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.
- Should be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills, and be computer literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Word Processing and Spreadsheet Software)
- Should have the ability to work well with others, be friendly and have an outgoing personality.
Availability: Flexible Schedule, some evenings and weekends
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Associates degree is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.
- Knowledge and experience using database type software
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Some understanding of insurance, and third-party billing is helpful.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
- Bilingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus.
