Encompass Health seeks a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to deliver specialized, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse med-surg rehab patients, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll manage medications, monitor complex conditions, support safe mobility and ADLs, and educate patients and families on recovery and discharge plans.
