Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facilities. The LPN provides hands-on clinical care, administers medications and treatments, monitors resident conditions, documents in EHR, and supports interdisciplinary care planning.
