Inside the Role
Axle Maintenance Team Members are responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing production machineryPosting Information

We Take Care of Our Team
This position offers:
$36.73/hr
Shift Premiums: Afternoon and Midnight shifts receive a 7.5% premium.
Paid Holidays: Average of 16 per year.
Benefits Include:
Profit Sharing: Eligibility for annual company profit sharing.
C.O.L.A.(Cost Of Living Adjustment): Currently $1.13/hr increase and recalclated quarterly.
401(k) Company Match: Company match of 75% on a maximum of 8% contribution. New hires will be automatically enrolled at 6%.
401(k) Defined Contribution: Company contribution currently $2.15/hr.
Vacation: 40–200 hours based on years of service (1 year to 20+ years).
Paid Absence Allowance (PAA): 56 hours per year; unused days earn $130/day bonus
Bereavement: Paid benefits provided.
Tuition Assistance: Programs available for eligible employees.
Medical & Dental: Low‑cost HMO plan
Life Insurance: Company‑provided life insurance benefits.
Paid Parental Leave: Up to 2 weeks at 65% pay

Knowledge You Should Bring
- GED or High School Diploma is required
- Certified Journeyperson card holder or ability to document 8 years of experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to work with Engineers and Service Technicians on a regular basis
- Experience with electrical and/or mechanical maintenance and repair
- Experience performing planned maintenance of industrial equipment
- Experience with machining processes, including tool change and setup
- Experience with PLC and/or CNC controlled equipment
- Knowledge of gauge methods
- Experience making manual corrections to a CNC controlled machining process
- Basic knowledge of computer
- Knowledge of lock-out procedures
