As an MSICU Nurse at TriStar Health, you will deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to complex medical-surgical ICU patients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will perform comprehensive assessments, manage ventilators and drips, monitor hemodynamics, and respond rapidly to clinical changes. Working closely with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help shape individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure safe, compassionate treatment.
