Lead Sonographer

Wellstar Health System seeks a Lead Sonographer to guide high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services across our Georgia care locations. In this role, you will perform advanced imaging studies, oversee daily workflow, and mentor a team of sonographers in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Partner closely with radiologists, physicians, and nurses to support accurate diagnosis and compassionate care. The Lead Sonographer helps ensure equipment optimization, adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and continuous quality improvement.
