In this role, you will provide evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation, focusing on improving patient mobility, function, and overall quality of life across a variety of care settings. You’ll collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and caregivers.
