Anesthesiology 13 Weeks PTO No In-House Call
Northeast Metro
Practice Highlights
- Work-Life Balance: 13 weeks of PTO annually with a Monday through Friday schedule and no in-house call requirements
- Ideal Work Environment: Medical supervision model with a 1:4 physician-to-CRNA ratio, allowing you to focus on oversight rather than personally running your own rooms
- Culture & Support: Collaborative anesthesia team with three physician anesthesiologists on-site daily, flexing to four as needed
- Desirable Case Mix: Balanced bread-and-butter anesthesiology including General, Orthopedic, GI, Neurology, ENT, Urology, and Robotics cases
- Additional Practice Advantage: No OB responsibilities and minimal pediatric volume
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Choose W2 at $500,000 annually or 1099 at $540,000 with a 39-week annual commitment
- Competitive Benefits: 13 weeks paid time off annually
- Additional Bonus Incentives: Paid home call structure with weekday, weekend, and holiday call incentives plus premium hourly rates after 5 PM
