Electrical Mechanical Assembler (Day Shift)

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:15 AM - 4:45 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Electrical Mechanical Assembler with experience in precision soldering and electronic assembly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to interpret technical documentation, and committed to producing high-quality work that meets industry standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assemble and work on a variety of antenna products.
  • Perform precision soldering, rework, and touch-up of electronic assemblies.
  • Use microscopes for inspection and detailed soldering tasks.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and schematics.
  • Operate hand and power tools, including electric screwdrivers and heat guns.
  • Follow established manufacturing processes, work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Ensure all work meets IPC J-STD-001 workmanship requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in electronics assembly or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with hand soldering and electronic component assembly.
  • Ability to pass a hands-on soldering proficiency test.
  • Experience using microscopes for assembly and inspection.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
  • Basic computer skills are preferred.
  • Good English communication skills are preferred.
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
