Charge Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility

Touchstone Communities is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to lead clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. You will coordinate and oversee resident care, supervise LVNs/CNAs, complete assessments, administer medications, and ensure accurate documentation. The RN Charge Nurse collaborates with physicians, therapy, and families to develop person-centered care plans. You will promote safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance while modeling servant leadership and supporting a culture of compassion, dignity, and teamwork for residents and staff.
