CACI is seeking a Production Team Lead to join our team in Aberdeen, MD supporting our C5ISR Customer. This role typically involves coordinating various program and production activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet both technical and quality standards. They often serve as the bridge between contractors and the government stakeholders. Must be willing work in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, and be agile
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Production Team Lead to lead our tactical communications production team at Aberdeen Proving Ground. This role will involve providing program and operations support to produce the center’s tactical intelligence dissemination systems for the U.S. Army.
As the production team leader, you will head a team of skilled technicians responsible for designing, developing, producing, fielding, and training cutting edge tactical intelligence transport and distribution systems. Your work will be crucial in enhancing the Army’s capabilities of disseminating classified intelligence data to the tactical edge.

Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic guidance, oversight, and operational management of program operations and priorities.
• Identify solutions to complex operational- and policy-related problems and new technical tools and capabilities to advance mission and/or capabilities.
• Develop and maintain broad network of contacts across the Army to satisfy mission requirements.
• Serve as the lead for coordination and execution of customer requirements.
• Manage a diverse work force focused on project lifecycle activities to include design, development, integration, fielding, and modernization.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly
• Education: BS/BA in engineering, business administration, project management
• 5+ years of experience with project management
• 8+ years supporting DoD with field support and systems training
• Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs
• Experience with DoD tactical communications systems
• Possess the ability to solve complex problems in an efficient and unique manner.
• Complete independent research and apply knowledge to meet program objectives and advance the state of the art.
• Self-starter with good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Good technical communication skills: specifically, ability to write technical documentation and explain complex signal processing concepts succinctly to both peers and a broader less technical audience.
Desired:
• Experience with Army SIGINT and EW systems
• Achieved a high level of experience and recognition by professional societies in their field.
• 8750 Level 2, Sec +, or Cisco certifications

The proposed salary range for this position is:
