Registered Nurse Inpatient Rehab

TriStar Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Rehab unit to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients recovering from complex medical events. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized rehab care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor patient progress. You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers, educate patients and families on recovery goals, document in the EHR, and support a safe, patient-first environment with opportunities for growth and ongoing clinical development.
