What’s in it for You?

• Competitive Pay: $24-$30 per hour based on experience, with flexibility up to $32 per hour for highly qualified candidates

• Full-Time Position: Approximately 31-40 hours per week

• Schedule: 8-hour workday, with start and end times varying depending on the job

• Overtime: Available and paid at time and a half for hours worked over 40

• Paid Drive Time & Company Vehicle: Report to the shop, then travel to job sites in a company vehicle with paid drive time from the shop to the job site. Company vehicles are returned to the shop and are not take-home vehicles

• Annual Bonus: Bonus paid based on the net profit of the business

• Medical Insurance: Company pays 80% of the premium

• Life Insurance: Company pays 100% of the premium

• Disability Insurance: Company pays 100% of the premium

• Dental and Vision Insurance: Available through the group plan, with premiums paid by the employee

Your New Role

• Work as a Lead Insulation Technician based in Kent, Ohio 44240

• Report to the shop before traveling to residential and commercial job sites throughout Northeast Ohio in a company vehicle

• Travel to job sites generally within a one-hour drive of Kent

• Lead crews of 2-3 people in the installation of residential and commercial insulation projects

• Coordinate daily field activities and help keep insulation projects moving efficiently

• Perform hands-on insulation installation alongside your crew

• Apply your insulation and construction experience to changing job-site conditions and project requirements

• Set expectations for workmanship, productivity, safety, reliability, and professionalism

• Use hand tools, power tools, and insulation installation equipment safely and effectively

• Follow job-site safety procedures, installation specifications, and project requirements

• Help ensure completed insulation work meets company quality standards

• Drive company vehicles as required while meeting company insurance eligibility requirements

• Maintain dependable attendance and arrive prepared to lead and contribute

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in insulation, construction, or a related field

• Hands-on experience with insulation installation and/or construction

• Ability to lead a crew of 2-3 team members on residential and commercial insulation projects

• Ability to drive company vehicles and meet company insurance eligibility requirements

• High school coursework

• Working knowledge of construction job-site practices, hand tools, power tools, and insulation installation equipment

• Ability to maintain quality and productivity while leading hands-on field work

• Ability to follow job-site safety procedures and project specifications

• Dependable attendance, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to work an 8-hour workday, with start and end times varying depending on the job

• Ability to work overtime as available

• Ability to report to the shop and travel to job sites throughout Northeast Ohio, generally within a one-hour drive of Kent, Ohio

• No specific license or certification is required
