Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at Novant Health, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care within an integrated not-for-profit health system dedicated to patient-centered outcomes and health equity. In this role, you’ll assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team across inpatient and outpatient settings. You’ll educate patients and families, support quality and safety initiatives, and practice in a collaborative, inclusive environment that values diversity, continuous learning, and innovation in clinical care and digital health.
