Entry-Level Production Associate
Ludington, MI
$14.25/hour | Temp-to-Hire After 60 Days

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
Overtime: Possible Fridays

Local Manufacturing Company is seeking dependable, motivated individuals for an entry-level production position. No prior manufacturing experience is required! This is a great opportunity to get started in manufacturing, with the potential for a pay increase after successfully completing the 60-day temp-to-hire period.

Responsibilities:
Light assembly of wire products
Package finished products
Inspect products for quality and accuracy
Perform repetitive production tasks
Follow safety guidelines and production instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
No prior manufacturing experience required
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Ability to perform light physical production duties

Pay: $14.25/hour
